The BlackInTech Berlin Mentorship Program is our inaugural initiative to support Black professionals in breaking into and thriving in the tech industry, particularly in Germany. We understand the unique challenges of integrating into a new industry and country. This program is designed to bridge that gap by connecting mentees with experienced mentors who can provide guidance, knowledge, and encouragement.
