In 2023, the inaugural BlackInTech Europe Summit brought together a dynamic lineup of speakers who are driving change in the tech industry. These leaders shared their personal stories and expert insights on promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), offering practical advice to empower Black professionals. The summit served as a powerful platform for fostering a more inclusive and supportive tech community.

2024

Building on the success of the previous year, the BlackInTech Europe Summit 2024 was held on October 31 at the Berlin Global Village gGmbH. The event featured a comprehensive agenda, including keynote speeches, panel discussions, and networking opportunities. Topics ranged from mastering success in Germany to pathways to leadership and the importance of inclusion in tech culture. The summit continued to empower Black professionals and promote diversity within the tech industry.

Looking ahead, BlackInTech Berlin is committed to organizing future summits that further the mission of fostering diversity and inclusion in the tech industry. These events aim to bring together tech talent, innovators, creators, investors, and allies to celebrate and empower the Black community in tech across Europe.
